2) “Clean and green” house – we use only all organic, non-toxic house and home cleaners, NON-SMOKING in the house and on the grounds; cleared of electronic pollution, (no WIFI but high speed internet access via wire modem);
3) Spectacular views – sit and watch the boats cruising Saratoga Passage with the snowcapped Cascade mountains as a sun sparkling backdrop – a view that entrances all day long.

Rental costs: (single or double occupancy, extra guest negotiable – the house accomodates family of 6)
$3200 per month, $1000 per week, $450 per get-away weekend and, for a single night, the cost is $175/night @double occupancy plus an additional $20/night for each additional guest.
Costs are subject to WA state sales tax:
- Pets are welcome but terms are negotiable
